Family Weekend Check-in
Come visit us in our office to pick up your Family Weekend packet, including a Guide to Events and Las Vegas, and any tickets/t-shirts that you ordered. We are located in the Student Union, 3rd Floor, Suite 316. If you aren’t on campus, send your student on up!

Family Hike to Red Rock Canyon
Enjoy the beautiful scenery and Oct. Las Vegas weather by taking your family out for a hike to Red Rock Canyon. Coordinated by UNLV’s Outdoor Adventures program, the van will leave the Student Recreation and Wellness Center at 7:30 a.m. **You must be pre-registered for this event**

Parents Council Meeting

All members of the Parents Council will meet for our annual Fall meeting. Interested in joining the Council? Be sure to fill out a Council application available at the Family Weekend Check-in.

Tailgate in the Park
Rebel Experience, Sam Boyd Stadium
Enjoy a traditional UNLV Tailgate in conjunction with the UNLV Alumni Association, featuring a catered meal, face painters, balloon artists, and more! Don’t forget to show your Rebel Pride – be sure to wear red!
7 p.m.
UNLV vs. Utah Football Game
Sam Boyd Stadium
Cheer on the UNLV Rebels as they take on Utah! Families will be seated together in the stadium and will receive special recognition during the game.

Family Weekend Annual Brunch
Come join us close Family Weekend with our Annual Brunch Event! Our buffet style, relaxed brunch event includes formal remarks from UNLV’s Vice President for Student Affairs at 11:15 a.m., as well as door prizes to thank you for attending Family Weekend.
